I'm one of 8 semi-finalists in the Youtube Cover carnival! This carnival was created to spread the word/awareness about stopping violence against women. I would love to be the catalyst voice of such a cause.
I need to get to the Top 5 so I can advance to the Finals, so if you could please take some time out of your days to vote for me, that would be wonderful.
Make sure you scroll down and read the directions on how to vote. Happily, it's straight-forward. There is only one vote permitted per one I.P address.
Spread the word! The artists with the most votes becomes one of five semi-finalists!
A computer was donated to me via the wonderfully giving heart of Mark Wren, of Cherri International. It works beautifully, and DOES NOT FREEZE! As such, I am quite pleased, and can resume art and music work again!
--- Still having computer issues. Due to the fact that I can only colour on a much older computer and that is super slow, I have to request that, for now, I am not taking coloured pictures unless you want it to be 8x10 or smaller. The older computer can handle images that size and smaller - with some lag, but at least it works out.
As such, coloured images will take a little longer than they usually do. If you want a coloured image and don't mind the extra wait, then by all means order one. Otherwise, I'm just doing sketches (traditional work) for now. You can always upgrade the picture to a coloured one later once I've organized a new PC.
To my current commissioners/clients - I am working on your commissions, but I've had this thing called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo for at least a month now and it comes and goes. It is highly unpleasant (dizzying) to look down and draw (which I have to do for the beginning of every single request, since I always sketch first), so I'm avoiding it as much as possible, but I promise that I AM working on your requests. --
I've lowered the price of a bust (per single character) from the usual $35 down to $20!
I realize the economy is bad, but this will make it a little easier to purchase some art that might catch you fancy - whether it is of you turned into an anime character, a loved one, or of a character you have created and would like to see drawn.
I'm offering one bust (from shoulders to top of head) of one character, at size 400x400 pixels, 150 DPI. You can see an example of the offered size/colour-type below:
You can order more than one, but I may not do all of them at once, depending on how many there are. I don't want to keep people waiting--so I may do one of yours, one for someone else, and back and forth. Unless there's a deadline. Please don't pretend to have a deadline.
So go ahead and place your order if interested! And if you have any questions, feel free to post those too.
Please use this form. Either post here in response to the journal, or send it in a note with the title "$20 Bust Request".

Some things to remember: -- Paypal transfer fee applies. To bypass paypal transfer fee, send payment as a gift. Click these tabs: Send money>Personal>Gift
-- Realistic anime means anime that is proportionate to real-life proportions: I don't draw huge eyes, pointy noses, or tiny mouths unless the client requests as much. -- Chibi means anime-style art that is deformed; dwarf characters. -- Realistic portraits are portraits of people or animals based off of photos. Realism. -- Fanart obviously means art of existing characters or original characters created in a world that already exists; such as video games, anime series, cartoon series, movies, etc.

I've been a huge fan of the Metal Gear Solid series since the very first one came out. I love the storyline, the characters, the animation, the music. It's so epic and beautifully done.
I recently played Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots, thanks to my sister buying the game for her PS3. 8D
Let me just say... MASSIVELY impressive. O.M.G.
So this is a shout-out to the Metal Gear Solid team, voice actors and directors and assistants alike, for creating such an epically beautiful, gorgeous, amazing, super impressive, super fun, super emotionally engaging story for us video gamers to get involved in. I never want it to end.
So over the past few days I've had some interesting ideas that I want to play with, and I'm seriously considering restarting the Warehouse from a different point--same characters, same plot, just with a different scene as the launch pad.
The way it started out in the current pages is too predictable and not as mysterious as I saw it in my head, but I'll have some of those scenes as little flashbacks throughout the new pages as explanation and flare of interest. Hopefully. Assuming I do decide to go through with it. Right now, my brain is just at a stalemate with how it started and it's stunting how I continue.
Thank you very, VERY much for being so incredibly patient with the massive delays. It's frustrating for me when I have to wait one WEEK for a Bleach update of TWENTY pages, let alone for you guys to wait over one YEAR for only one page of Warehouse. Seriously, it means a ton. I can't express it enough.
Much love to ALL The Warehouse readers. <33333333333333
I am soooo, sooo, sooooo sorry for the delay in Warehouse pages. Sadly, the story is gonna have to be on hiatus until I've caught up on commissions. I am working on the pages in-between commissions, but I have no idea when they will be ready to be uploaded. I don't want to start uploading only to have to pause it again in a couple weeks' time.
Thank you VERY much guys and girls for understanding and sticking by The Warehouse. If you haven't stuck by it due to the LONG delay in updates, well, I understand that too.
This deviation is about a year old and it's short, but it's really great. I enjoyed reading it, imagining who it could be about, what it could mean. It's very well written, especially since it's such a short entry. I really like it.
My tablet is broken. I'm not sure why, I've tried very many things to get it to work, but it just doesn't want to. So! I will order a new one the first chance I get, but it means that in the meantime, I am unable to do any digital art. ): Sucks for me, believe me, but it's even suckier for people who have commissions waiting.
Anyway, that's the update for now.
I am so, so sorry to the commissioners! I understand if you don't want to wait for me to get a new tablet so I can get around to working on your commission.
